Heyri Art Village

Located about an hour northwest of Seoul, Heyri Art Village is where artists, painters, musicians, photographers and writers come together, display & sell their artwork and play their music. Some of them even live right there in the village, right above their art gallery or shop!

What strikes the most is the incredible architecture of the buildings, one totally different from the other! There are also some awesome coffee shops and restaurants *my favorite is now Farmer’s Table* to satisfy your body & soul after admiring all the great art!

I will let the images speak for themselves. Enjoy!

Amazing murals

It’s kind of hard to believe that such a beautiful village is very close to the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) and one of the most heavily guarded borders on the planet.                   It definitely takes you to another dimension 🙂

I hope you liked it as much as I did. I had such a lovely time there and hope to go back soon to relax with a nice coffee and maybe a waffle! 😉

Til next time,

Lots of love always,

Kay xo ♥
