Where the earth in the sky meet
This week’s photo challenge asks us to share images of the horizon.
One image came to mind and it was captured while traveling from my hometown of Montreal en route to Atlanta, Georgia.
It was a morning flight and I remember that we had already crossed the US airspace when I looked outside (I love the window seat for that matter) and this is what I saw! It looks unbelievable don’t you think? Surreal!
You can clearly see the earth’s roundness and how amazing it is to be up in the air. Such special moments don’t come by very often and I am very happy I was able to witness it.

This is one of the best views of Canada’s biggest city, Toronto.
If you take the 15 minute ferry to the Toronto Islands, you will be rewarded with this fabulous view.
It’s the perfect place to relax, breathe fresh air and listen to the soft waves crashing at your feet!
Swiss Alps at a distance
Are there other words to describe the beauty of Switzerland other than majestic or magnificent?
This image was taken on the way to the top of Europe, Jungfraujoch mountain.
We were all speechless when the train made a stop and allowed us to get off and capture this.
What struck me the most is seeing the snow-capped alps in the middle of May!
I also loved seeing the Staubbach Falls which come rushing down from a cliff.
Mother nature really did a fantastic job. It was definitely post card perfect 🙂
