Guatemala city in 20 images

Last time I was in El Salvador I had the chance of visiting a quite a few (and stunning) places such as La Palma, the ancient mayan ruins at El Tazumal and connected with mother nature at El Boqueron National Park.

Now knowing how restless and adventurous I am, I suggested to my family members to go on a short trip to the neighboring country of Guatemala.

We are all very spontaneous and always excited to visit a place we have never been to. We found someone to drive us there and we learned that our driver had lived in the Guatemalan capital for many years, so he offered to be our guide 🙂

So we left pretty early and 4 hours later we arrived in Ciudad de Guatemala mid-morning.

What struck me the most upon entering the city was the impressive mix of modern and colonial architecture.

Moreover I was pretty surprised to find that it is less chaotic and a bit more cleaner than other cities!

I would like for you to come along on tour of Guatemala City In 20 Images.

The capital of Guatemala has some beautiful architecture and great sight seeing attractions. Come along on a tour of Guatemala in 20 Images.

P.S: I forgot to mention that captured all these images from a moving car, let me know what you think!

That was definitely a quick but very interesting tour! I loved observing the city from a different angle and took pics on the fly literally. The result is pretty good right?

Ciudad de Guatemala deserves more time so I have to go back!

Now over to you,

Tell me, have you ever been to Guatemala? Would you like to go?

Do you prefer to go on a walking tour or save your pretty feet by taking transportation?

Let me know!

Til next time,

All the best

Kay 🙂
