Weekly Photo Challenge: Inside

“Faith is knowledge within the heart, beyond the reach of proof.”

Khalil Gibran

In honor of St-Anne’s feast day, celebrated every July 26, I’d like to share some images of one of the most beautiful Basilicas I have seen during my travels: St-Anne de Beaupré.      It was built to honor Quebec’s patron saint.

Going to church may be boring for some people but for firm believers like me, it is a real pleasure. You can recharge your batteries, give thanks for the many blessings received on a daily basis. It is also full of art and hidden treasures.

Let me take you inside!

Hope you enjoyed it!

  1. These are amazing pictures. While I can’t seem to get enthusiastic about religion, I find churches, cathedrals and chapels just stunning. And these pictures are amazing. Keep it up!
