“Love is like the wind, you can’t see it but you can feel it.”
Nicholas Sparks
I really love this week’s photo challenge: Love ♥ amour ♥ amor.
It is the most beautiful and magical feeling any human being can experience while alive.
We all have our own interpretation but we can certainly agree that is simply the best thing there is 😉
I was looking at photos from my year of teaching in South Korea and found some that reminded me how much love I received from my kids (students).
It certainly made me feel good knowing that my work was appreciated and did not fall on deaf ears!
One year made a world of a difference in their lives. We, teachers, earned the respect and admiration from the little ones and also their parents.
Graduation day was the best reward for all the time and effort invested.
Mission accomplished!
Little reminders such as these really go straight to the heart! It was all worthwhile 🙂
Sometimes, love comes in unexpected forms or places.

Great love messages on this cool bag from Artbox
“You are the rainbow in my life and I l♥ve you so much”
What is your opinion on the subject?
Share a picture which means LOVE to you!
Kay 🙂
So sweet! I used to be a teacher, Karla. I loved all those little thank you notes. Still have some many years later. 🙂
A few questions: How did you do that photo with 3 pictures in it? How did you get the words to pop up like that when I moused over the picture? And is there a way to comment here by leaving a picture?
Good day gorgeous!
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave me a comment, I appreciate it.
So great to hear that you were a teacher. Isn’t it just one of the most rewarding professions?
As you know I’ve been on a sabbatical and I really miss teaching but life has other plans. I do want to go back though, maybe teach part-time to foreign students…Adult teaching is quite something!
As for your questions, well there is a special function within WP that is called create a gallery.
When you insert media, you upload the pics you want, select the images and once it’s done, you can edit them by adding a caption (which is the text you see once you hover over your mouse).
I’m not sure you can upload a picture directly on my site but if you include the link I’ll be happy to go see it!
We learn quite a few things too right?
Thanks again for your time & support, always
Love, K
I don’t think they have that function on blogger. Darn!
I did love teaching so much. It is so great to be able to do something that you love. I wouldn’t have quit for anything other than being a mom!
BTW I totally forgot…
Yes those cute thank you cards, notes are simply the best! I treasure them 🙂
Whenever I see them, my heart just feels the energy put into them.
Ok, you may lol all you want but it makes me cry (yes, Im hyper sensitive 😉
Trust me a year ago when my kids graduated, all the teachers had to stand before the parents & the kids sang Graduation tears…there wasn’t a dry eye in the room.
Life goes on right?
From what I heard, one of the students won a national contest (English Speaking, Writing and Spelling) and won a trip to the U.S…not too bad eh? 😉
That’s awesome…you should be very proud!
All the teachers are very proud that our work was all worthwhile 😉
Love, haha, the pics! 😉
Thank you gorgeous!
It was great looking back at them 😉
Very nice!
Thank you so much 😉
So sweet! Those are things that makes it all worth while.
Absolutely! 😉
Nice post of “love”… I like quote at the top… 🙂
Big hugs from my grandson Dominic.
Greeting from Jogjakarta, Indonesia… Cheers… 🙂
Thank you! Yes I love that quote, so true!
Blessings to you, your adorable grandson & your family.
Tashi Delek, all the best 😉
I am currently living in Seoul and ARTBOX is a really fun place. AWW that card from Peter about division is so cute and thoughtful 4÷2 = 2!
That’s cool! Where in Seoul are you? I used to hang out a lot in Hongdae/Hong Ik University 😉
I ♥ ArtBox big time. It’s so much fun going from aisle to aisle!
Oh that cute little card is something isn’t?
I am not a Math teacher but I had a chapter to teach and made it as fun as possible. I was so moved to see that kids actually enjoyed and remembered!
Tell me and I will forget…Teach me and I will learn 😉
Pequeños ‘grandes’ momentos de Amor y felicidad!! Lindos pensamientos!!
